Transparent service information

Know what each metric means

Video platforms measure and filter activity with their own rules, so reported numbers can differ from the ordered quantity and can change over time.

Purchased views, viewers or watch time are not genuine audience interest. FBViews does not guarantee that any metric will be recognized by a platform, count toward monetization thresholds, or lead to reach or revenue.

Video play counts
How many times a video started playing. The platform decides what counts as a play.
Video view metrics
Usually counted after a minimum viewing time set by the platform, so views and plays can differ.
Concurrent livestream viewers
How many people are watching a live broadcast at the same moment.
Live watch time
The total minutes watched during a live broadcast.
Standard video watch time
The total minutes watched on a recorded (non-live) video.
Platform-recognized engagement
Activity a platform accepts for its own programs. Platforms can exclude or remove activity under their own rules.
FAQ

Questions, answered honestly

Can't find what you need? The team answers in support tickets and on Telegram.

What is FBViews?

FBViews is an independent online platform that lists video-related services — video views and plays, live stream viewers, and live and video watch time packages — which customers order through an account or the API.

Is FBViews affiliated with Facebook or Meta?

No. FBViews is an independent service platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. FBViews never asks for your Facebook password, login codes or recovery codes.

How does the ordering process work?

Create an account, add funds, choose a service, enter your link and quantity, and confirm. You can follow the order on the Orders page.

What services are available?

Services are grouped into video views and plays, live stream viewers, live watch time and video watch time. The Services page shows the services that are currently available, with their rates, limits and descriptions.

How are prices calculated?

Each service has a rate per 1,000 units. The order form calculates the charge from that rate and your quantity, and shows it before you confirm.

What should I know about video viewing metrics?

Plays, views, concurrent viewers and watch time are measured differently, and each platform applies its own counting and filtering rules. Reported numbers can differ from the ordered quantity, and purchased metrics do not represent genuine audience interest.

Do watch time packages guarantee monetization?

No. Watch time packages do not guarantee monetization, monetization eligibility, or that a platform will accept or count the watch time. Platforms set and enforce their own eligibility rules.

Can I access API documentation?

Yes. The API page lists the available methods, parameters and example responses. Your API key is in Account settings after you sign in.

How do refunds work?

When an order is canceled or only partly completed, the undelivered amount is returned to your account balance and listed on the Refunds page. Other refund conditions are described in the Terms of Service.

How do I contact customer support?

Open a support ticket from your account, or message the team on Telegram at @FBViews_com.
